“may my heart always be open to little, birds who are the secrets of living, whatever they sing is better than to know..” – e.e. cummings

How can we open to the world so that we feel supported and inspired to take our full place in it? Through silence and meditation, ritual and practising as a community, we will explore how to open the heart. This will be an imaginative journey to connect both inward into our own depths and outward into the world we live in. The retreat will include guided meditation instruction and ritual.
