Retreat information:

Join Sanghasiha and friends for a week-long retreat during the turning of the year.

An opportunity to reflect on the past year and set our intentions for the next twelve months guided by the Dharma, inspired by the Buddha and in the company of others (Sangha).
Expect guided meditations, walks, ritual and aided by a deepening connection with the natural world and one another as we explore our spiritual practice in middle of East Sussex
countryside with relevant teachings, supported periods of silence, meditation reviews and celebration!

A particular theme for the retreat will be that of interconnectedness.

‘One touch of nature makes the whole world kin.’
