Prakasha will be introducing teachings from Atisha's 'Seven Point Mind Training' from the book 'The Great Path to Awakening' by Jamgon Kongtrul. We will be learning to awaken love and compassion through the practice of Tonglen. Tonglen is a simple and effective way to open to a compassionate response to oneself and others amidst the difficulties of everyday life. In a context of silence, meditation, ritual and devotion.
White Tara Sadhana Retreat

This popular retreat provides a context where fellow practitioners of the White Tara Sadhana practice can share their inspiration and insights. A personal and collective exploration of wisdom and compassion as embodied by White Tara. With periods of Sadhana practice, meditation, reflection, ritual, discussion and silence.

Green Tara Sadhana Retreat - for Dharmacaris

A retreat led by Kamalashila for male Order members centred upon the practice of Green Tara (Aryatara). All Dharmacharis for whom Green Tara is the heart of their sadhana, or who wish to take up her practice, are very welcome. Kamalashila has been leading sadhana retreats for the Order since the 1980s and has recently given a number of talks on the subject. He has at times focused on the Tara sadhana himself, having in the past devoted a month's solitary retreat exclusively to the practice. (This retreat follows directly on from the Connecting Deepening and Sustaining the Practice week retreat also with Kamalashila.)
Vajrasattva Sadhana- 10 Day Order Retreat

Prakasha will be introducing the sadhana to anyone interested in exploring the practice and drawing on traditional teachings associated with Vajrasattva from the Tibetan Book of the Dead. The retreat will be an opportunity to practice the sadhana with other Order Members within a devotional context of silence, puja and ritual.
