To ensure a suitable balance, we sometimes reserve a number of places for women or for men. Accommodation is upstairs, in shared, single-sex bedrooms, with shared bathrooms. The food is vegan, with cow's milk available. To help us establish that this is an appropriate retreat, and that we can accommodate you, please fill in these details as well:

For Yoga retreats:
All our Yoga retreats are for those who already practice yoga. The longer the retreat the more experience is necessary. Some stipulate at least 6 months or 2 years is essential; please make sure you book an an appropriate retreat: to check the yoga page for details.

We shall reply as soon as we are able. If there is a spare place, the easiest way to book is then to ring and pay by card over the phone, or you can send a cheque by post. After that you will be sent a Booking Confirmation, with details of how and when to arrive.
