Many of the problems we experience in the world arise from our difficulties in communication. On these retreats we will be learning how to express our being more completely while avoiding such traps as blame and guilt. By connecting with our innate compassion, we are able to put ourselves across effectively yet maintain appreciation of others. We move away from conflict and become a greater source of peace and harmony to those around us.
